What is the best part about your compensation package?

Profit sharing and bonus opportunities

Fair compared to other similar companies

the health insurance and maternity leave

Health insurance is good overall

There are so many great benefits!

The salary is competitive for the market.

Review from Operations Dept

Bonus is the best part. The salary is average. Stock options are horrible.

Price price price price price

Equity potential and connection to company performance.

Salary bonus is the best

Pay is good. Benefits are good.

flexibility and good medical and dental insurance

The way the performance bonus structure is implemented.

Review from Operations Dept

Very competitive compensation package and good work-life balance and workplace flexibility in the culture.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In other clinics or laboratories with similar work content, they have better pay for their workers. Only some workers do OT, others do not

Transparency in performance evaluation, bonuses and career projection.

salary matching rate of inflation

I feel undervalued because I know some of my employees make 8 dollars more than me and I know I do a lot more work. If you check my tech log and turn around times it would prove it. Also I make sure all analyzers are functioning properly while my coworkers just let it break down and wait for me fix

Undervalued and underpaid. I feel I perform most of the tasks that keeps our branch going yet do not have the title or compensation to show for it. When there are over 5 employees in the facility and I am the only one working is frustrating as well, when I know I make more than 7 dollars less

Compensation and stock compensation is a big issue especially those in ZTD(Tech org) really underpaid . It would be the only reason to leave Zoetis .

Salaries are low, experience is not valued, would rather a person have a degree than experience.

Entry level positions are paid poorly for the amount of work that is required.

Better allowance package e.g car allowance

Joined in 2012 with strong impact to the organization through markets development and expansion with strong revenue growth but still earning less than $50,000 annually .
