Learn what your employees do day to day. Listen to concerns. Don't just talk about promotions or opportunities, follow through with actions. I feel management is all talk and does nothing to back their statements. Also they are so easy to point fingers without truly investigating issues
Get better at recognizing good workers and actually follow through with actions rather than words. Also, perhaps the manager/lead should know how to perform the tasks of their employees if not perform them with more competency.
Recognizing individuals, not the story telling used car salesman. The ego maniacs that talk over everyone in the group. Anyone focused on self promotion and not team development. We are not all one focused.

I feel undervalued because I know some of my employees make 8 dollars more than me and I know I do a lot more work. If you check my tech log and turn around times it would prove it. Also I make sure all analyzers are functioning properly while my coworkers just let it break down and wait for me fix
Undervalued and underpaid. I feel I perform most of the tasks that keeps our branch going yet do not have the title or compensation to show for it. When there are over 5 employees in the facility and I am the only one working is frustrating as well, when I know I make more than 7 dollars less

Coworkrs should actually work. Managers should compare each techs work output and identify the problem techs, not just blow us off when we bring up workers we feel need improvement
Managment makes other employees take up their grievances with HR when all of the employees including the PATHOLOGIST has an issue with the same coworker. Management doesn't even know how to perform their employees workload. If management could work face to face with employee they would understand

Tests go unresulted. When I being up anything to my manager I am the one who ultimately needs to deal with 5he problem, and at times I do not have the tools to resolve said problem. Because of this, I no longer bring up pending tests to my manager because I myself, do not know how to handle it
