The company leadership is the best I have worked so far . They really value diversity . The work life balance is good . The only negative I see is it has to pay better especially for tech related roles to retain talent .

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation and stock compensation is a big issue especially those in ZTD(Tech org) really underpaid . It would be the only reason to leave Zoetis .
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Really values diversity . Not only color but also thoughts . Leadership doesn't shy away from discussing tough topics . Our CEO is the best female CEO in the world , Hands down .
