A lot of empty promises to top performers. I keep hearing about upcoming opportunities and when I go for them, they are either already taken or no longer available. Also my titles does not match my workload. I accomplish many tasks yet remain on the lowest levels.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get better at recognizing good workers and actually follow through with actions rather than words. Also, perhaps the manager/lead should know how to perform the tasks of their employees if not perform them with more competency.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Managment makes other employees take up their grievances with HR when all of the employees including the PATHOLOGIST has an issue with the same coworker. Management doesn't even know how to perform their employees workload. If management could work face to face with employee they would understand
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued and underpaid. I feel I perform most of the tasks that keeps our branch going yet do not have the title or compensation to show for it. When there are over 5 employees in the facility and I am the only one working is frustrating as well, when I know I make more than 7 dollars less
