they over estimate the importance of industry domain knowledge in tech project.

They genuinely listen and work around your career aspects. Not so much on the wlb, their hands are tied as well due to the unrealistic expectations this firm has set, nature of pharma industry and consultancy mindset

Internet expenses are paid off. It is critical to have a good internet at home as well.

Everything. Salary strong bonus is great
Better than other companies at early career
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even in high inflation, company didn't raise our salary
I think the amount of work is more as compared to the compensation offered
We work a lot more than what we get. 0 stock options for below manager levels and bonus is puny
Very long working hours but compensation is not that much
Compensation could be better when compared to US counter parts
What are some of the best things about your team?
People work ZS is the best kind except manager and higher leaderships
They are very co-operative and kind people, always help each others
They are very talented and have the best skills in the market
Everyone stretches beyond any human limit to make projects and clients successful.
Lean and mean team with high energy and hunger for more. It's a small group with diverse mindsets but everyone trying to achieve excellence on their own paths which are very different.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to invest tech more.
Try to bring a semblance of work life balance into the company and stop normalising 12+ hour workdays.
work hours and pressure needs to decrease to stay motivated

Had tech business case with right difficulty
Most of the questions are tricky ones, you need to have some mental awareness to answer those questions
The interviewers were very polite and encouraging
Fit round which gives proper information regarding my role and responsibilities and also let me get required information for firm's work culture.
