What is the best part about your compensation package?

All off it is the top

Salary is competitive. Bonuses are consistant and generous.

Decent sized differential, without it I wouldn't do the job.

Dental care is extremily cheap to pay for and covers most of my care. Same for eye vision.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Frankly, I would like to see better benefits in the future.

A lot of work and no rewards at all

Company is not hire the sincere , regular, hard worker working on line since long time.

Very little interaction with managers unless it's negative. Promotion to "champion" doesn't come with pay rise despite being twice the work.
