Frankly, I would like to see better benefits in the future.
A lot of work and no rewards at all
Company is not hire the sincere , regular, hard worker working on line since long time.
Very little interaction with managers unless it's negative. Promotion to "champion" doesn't come with pay rise despite being twice the work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's important to be honest and to avoid speaking negatively about each other behind closed doors.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
listen to employee concerns. Should not have to beg for supplies needed to do the job efficiently. You need a laptop and a teams account but unless you pester them every day you will not get one for months.

Maje sure the role is well explain
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The revenue it the main thing, they never said no to a customer, combined with being understaffed, and especially during covid got people burned out
