Remember that individual contributors matter. Backfill positions so we aren't all super burned out. Allow us to ask questions post company update without being censored. Be open and honest ie celebrating the intern summit when tons of people got covid feels dishonest

Consult the employees or get feedback from employees before big company roll-outs of policies and procedures are made.
Review from Operations Dept

Listen to your employees. Take constructive feedback. Stop knee jerk reacting to everything the board says. Stop saying your a "product lead company" and actually lead the company with product innovation.

I am doing the same work ss people getting paid 20k more than I am, I am qualified for the same job at other companies that pay way more, and we have folks still paid hourly that get very little sick time and vacation time and can't participate in product time off due to no vacation time
Review from Engineering Dept
My team and I do a large amount of work, yet are overlooked and taken for granted by leadershp.
Review from Operations Dept
One of only a few developers working on a key product. A salary bump would be appreciated.

I took a pay hit to come and work at Zwift. But the company culture, my manager, my director, and my co-workers have made working here an amazing experience.

Stop hiring "product" people and middle managers to fill chairs and make the company look attractive for an IPO. Start hiring people with gaming backgrounds who are ready to put hands on keyboards and get things done.
Review from Engineering Dept
I would like my contributions to be acknowledged, my knowledge and suggestions not always getting challenged or overruled, and to be fairly compensated.
Review from Engineering Dept
I'm burned out - for salaried employees Zwift boasts unlimited PTO, but my manager is reluctant to grant over a certain amount and does not differentiate between vacation and sick leave, so I find myself working through fatigue and sickness for the chance to maybe have time off for the holidays.
Review from Engineering Dept
Better internal movement and clarity about job duties and making sure current talent is better engaged and duties evaluated instead of hiring too many new people.
Review from Product Dept
The company needs to embrace technology and systems that talk to each other. We will only get better faster if we can prove our ROI and make data-driven decisions whenever possible. It will be how we measure our progress and success.
Review from HR Dept
We're growing so fast that we need more room! Expansion in progress.
