Mr. Matthew S. Bromberg, also known as Matt, has been Chief Operating Officer at Zynga, Inc. since August 08, 2016. Mr. Bromberg has deep operating experience in games, digital media and online platforms. He founded ImOK, Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President. He served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Operations for mobile gaming at Electronic Arts, Inc., where he was responsible for technology, production, live services, strategic planning and business operations. Before that, he was Group General Manager of EA's Bioware studios worldwide, leading a team that built hit video gaming franchises such as Star Wars, Dragon Age, Mass Effect and Command & Conquer. He joined EA as the General Manager of EA's Bioware Studio in Austin, Texas, where he led the successful turnaround of Star Wars: The Old Republic, including its transition to free-to-play gaming. Prior to joining EA, he was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of I'mOK Inc., creator of a location-based gaming and communication platform for families. Before that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Major League Gaming since June 2007 and also served as its President and Chief Operating Officer since February 2006. He served as President and General Manager of AOL Games. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of AOL's Moviefone, the world's largest movie show time, information and ticketing service, during which time Moviefone's consumer usage grew by more than 300 percent. He also served as General Manager of Consumer Products and General Manager of Online Gaming. Prior to joining AOL in 1999, Mr. Bromberg served at CMP Media, where he served as Publisher and General Manager of Techweb Network, a leading network of information technology sites and led Business Development for Informationweek magazine. A Harvard Law School graduate, Mr. Bromberg began his media career at American Lawyer Media, where he served as Deputy Publisher of American Lawyer Magazine, as well as Director of Sales and Marketing for Lexis Counsel Connect, a pioneering online service for lawyers. He serves as a Member of The Advisory Board of MLG Legacy Holdings, Inc. (formerly Major League Gaming). He served as a Member of the Board of Directors at ImOK, Inc. He has a B.A. in English from Cornell University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
