Leadership is terrible, company is extremely unorganized
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO policy for Exempt Associates.
The pay and the 401(k) are reasonable but not the best
All encompassing benefits strategy - everything.
Very generous compensation except maternity leave
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is beyond terrible! They do not value their employees, they give out low bonuses and they do not give any raises EVER!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is friendly and helps each other out
Smart, hard working, humble, willing to interface with people outside their department.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everything, but mainly organization. The company keeps acquiring companies and is beyond unorganized.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is very friendly and seem to work hard
Flexible work hours - don't expect you to grind 70 hours a week. Results based.

They really need to sit down and evaluate pay and compensation.

The days go fast and my coworkers are great
Knowing that my input helps push change/direction.
The people are great and fun and the work is enticing.
