What did you like most about the interview process?Pretty straight forward with promises and expectations from the company that fall short.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?No micromanaging. Projects are clear and quality is the goal. Speed is moderate but fast enough to be successful.
What are some of the best things about your team?Understanding, low pressure. We are able to execute without being overbearing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Its understandable for a company that does internal financing to want their money back, but the amount of times collection campaigns have ruined peoples lives/livelyhood without remorse is pretty hypocritical given the "friendly and understanding" face reps put on when dealing with these issues
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Making decision, following through, making meetings productive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay here is terrible. Raises are laughable.
