- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?No micromanaging. Projects are clear and quality is the goal. Speed is moderate but fast enough to be successful.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Understanding, low pressure. We are able to execute without being overbearing.

- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Its understandable for a company that does internal financing to want their money back, but the amount of times collection campaigns have ruined peoples lives/livelyhood without remorse is pretty hypocritical given the "friendly and understanding" face reps put on when dealing with these issues
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Making decision, following through, making meetings productive.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay here is terrible. Raises are laughable.
