    No micromanaging. Projects are clear and quality is the goal. Speed is moderate but fast enough to be successful.

    Understanding, low pressure. We are able to execute without being overbearing.

    Its understandable for a company that does internal financing to want their money back, but the amount of times collection campaigns have ruined peoples lives/livelyhood without remorse is pretty hypocritical given the "friendly and understanding" face reps put on when dealing with these issues
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Making decision, following through, making meetings productive.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Pay here is terrible. Raises are laughable.
