BIO: Mr. James C. Clemmer, also known as Jim, has been Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of AngioDynamics Inc. since April 04, 2016. Mr. Clemmer served as Group President of the Kendall Healthcare division of Covidien from June 2004 to September 2006, where he managed the US business across five divisions and built the strategic plan for the Medical Supplies segment before it was spun off from Tyco. In addition, he managed global manufacturing, research and development, operational excellence, business development and all other functions associated with the Medical Supplies business. Mr. Clemmer is a seasoned industry executive with more than 25 years of operational, manufacturing, marketing and business development experience with global healthcare product companies. He directed the strategic and day-to-day operations for global business divisions that collectively manufactured 23 different product categories. He served as the President of Medical Supplies and Senior Vice President of Covidien plc since October 2006 and November 2009 respectively. He began his career in the medical device industry with Sage Products, Inc., joined Covidien as part of the Sage Products acquisition in 1999. He served as the President of the SharpSafety and Critical Care Divisions of Covidien from June 2001 to June 2004. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the SharpSafety division of Covidien from March 2001 to June 2001. He has been a Director of Lantheus Holdings, Inc and Lantheus Medical Imaging, Inc. since July 9, 2015. He serves as a Trustee at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. BIO: Liam became President and CEO on January 1, 2018. He joined Teleflex in April 2009 and shortly thereafter assumed responsibility as President of EMEA. He was then promoted to the position of Executive Vice President and President, International in June 2012. In April 2014, Liam was appointed Executive Vice President and President, Americas. In April 2015, he was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. From May 2016 to December 2017, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Teleflex, Liam worked at Hill-Rom where he held senior leadership positions from 2002 to 2009. He was the Vice President of International Marketing and Product Development and previously had been Managing Director of their UK & Ireland businesses.
