Mr. James C. Clemmer, also known as Jim, has been Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of AngioDynamics Inc. since April 04, 2016. Mr. Clemmer served as Group President of the Kendall Healthcare division of Covidien from June 2004 to September 2006, where he managed the US business across five divisions and built the strategic plan for the Medical Supplies segment before it was spun off from Tyco. He served as the President of the SharpSafety and Critical Care Divisions of Covidien from June 2001 to June 2004. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the SharpSafety division of Covidien from March 2001 to June 2001. He has been a Director of Lantheus Holdings, Inc and Lantheus Medical Imaging, Inc. since July 9, 2015. He serves as a Trustee at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Mr. Clemmer is a Graduate of the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.
