BIO: Mr. Matthew A. Ouimet, also known as Matt, serves as Executive Chairman of Cedar Fair Entertainment Company. Mr. Ouimet serves as an Advisor of Fidelis College, Inc. Mr. Ouimet is a 20 year veteran of the amusement park and hospitality industry, of which 17 years were spent with Walt Disney Company. He served as the President of Cedar Fair LP since June 2011 until October 2016 and Cedar Fair Management, Inc. since June 20, 2011 until October 2016. He served as Senior vice president, Finance and Business Development and Chief Financial Officer of Disney Development Company. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Corinthian Colleges Inc. from July 1, 2009 to October 31, 2010 and served as its Executive Vice President of Operations since December 2008 until July 1, 2009. He served as the President of Hotel Group at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. of Collective Brands, Inc. from August 2006 to September 2, 2008. He served as the President of Resorts Worldwide at Collective Brands, Inc. He oversaw hotel operations worldwide for Starwood's nine hotel brands consisting of more than 850 hotels in 95 countries, the White Plains, N.Y. Prior to joining Starwood in 2006, he served at Walt Disney Company from 1989 to 2006, in a variety of business development and financial positions, including President of Disney Cruise Line and Disneyland Resort and Senior Vice President of New Business Development. Prior to his work with Disney, he served as Controller and Senior Vice President, Finance of Lincoln Property Company from 1983 to 1989 and served as a Certified Public Accountant with Price Waterhouse from 1980 to 1983. He has been a Director of Cedar Fair LP. since August 29, 2011. He served as a Director of Collective Brands, Inc. from June 30, 2008 to July 21, 2011. He was Executive General Manager of Disney Vacation Club, where he oversaw two theme parks and three hotels. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Ouimet holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in Accounting from Binghamton University State University of New York at Binghamton.

Before joining Vail Resorts, Kirsten held leadership roles at some of America’s most trusted companies including PepsiCo, Kraft Foods and the Ford Motor Company. Kirsten has been featured in Bloomberg, Fortune, and Ad Age, and in 2019, was recognized by Forbes as one of the top 50 Game-Changing Marketing Leaders on their CMO Next List. Kirsten is an avid skier and enjoys hiking, biking and sailing. She grew up in Chicago, first skiing at the age of 6 at Wilmot Mountain. ?
