BIO: Mr. Stephen Murdoch has been Chief Operating Officer of Micro Focus International plc since September 2017. Mr. Murdoch served as the Chief Executive Officer of Micro Focus International plc since February 1, 2016. Mr. Murdoch served as the Chief Operating Officer of Micro Focus International plc from April 16, 2014 to February 1, 2016. He served as the Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager Product Group at Micro Focus International plc. He is responsible for Micro Focus International's product strategy and execution from development through to implementation in the marketplace. Mr. Murdoch has a 25 year track record of success in the IT industry spanning hardware, software and services. He has held senior executive positions in general management, sales and strategy with IBM and Dell. Mr. Murdoch served as the General Manager of Europe, Middle East & Africa for Dell's Public Sector and Large Commercial Enterprise business unit. He has been an Executive Director of Micro Focus International plc since February 1, 2016 and also served as its Executive Director from April 16, 2014 to November 2014.

There, she provided executive leadership for the company’s bill payment, prepaid, and financial and risk management solutions businesses, with additional accountability for digital payments. With more than 25 years’ experience, she has held key leadership positions with many of the largest brands across financial services and technology, including American Express, Worldpay US, Dell, and Bain & Company. Kim has extensive experience with global, complex businesses, requiring strategic customer relationships, a deep understanding of critical business drivers, and effective engagement of a large, distributed workforce. Kim holds degrees from Stanford University and Harvard Business School.
