He has been the Chairman of the Board at Total System Services, Inc. since April 28, 2015 and as its Executive Director since 2003. Mr. Woods served as the Chief Operating Officer of Total System Services, Inc. from December 09, 2003 to July 31, 2014 and its President since December 09, 2003. He served as the President of TSYS Columbus for Synovus Financial Corp. He managed the day-to-day operations and execution of Total System Services Inc.'s strategies. He served as Chief Operating Officer of TSYS Acquiring Solutions, L.L.C. until May 2008.
