Mr. Rendle has been the Chief Executive Officer of V.F. Corporation since January 1, 2017 and served as its President until November 08, 2017. He served as the President of V.F. Corporation since June 24, 2015 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from June 24, 2015 to December 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Americas at V.F. Corporation since April 2014 until June 2015. He served as Vice President and Group President of Outdoor & Action Sports Americas at V.F. Corporation since January 7, 2011 until April 2014. He served as the President of Outdoor Americas coalition of VF Corp., a holding of Lucy Activewear, Inc. from February 1, 2009 to January 7, 2011. Mr. Rendle served as the President of The North Face of Americas of Vf Corp. from July 23, 2004 to February 1, 2009. Mr. Rendle joined The North Face in 1999 and has been a key leader behind the successful growth of the business since its acquisition by VF in April 2000.
