I have talent and loved fitting clothes, so it was a no-brainer.
It's ok for a non long term job.
I have worked here for a few years now and I feel like in general I have been treated well. The benefits and compensation plans keep decreasing making it financially a little more difficult but the benefits package is good.
At first it was a place where I could learn from each day with the various tasks & customers; once I decided I was going to go back to school & not ask for the formal wear manager position & a new FOM was hired on, my store manager saw me as lazy & said "you have no plans for your life," sums it up.
