The company just went bankrupt a few years ago, they are willing to do anything to cut corners and if you don't, they will find a yes man who will

I feel undervalued because there is no commission selling and should compensate employees for those changes.
Expected to do 5 jobs and be only paid for 1. Seems outlandish and no one should have to suffer that type of torment

aside from my manager and one of the key-holders I'd say that the company culture is pretty great, my manager is often times too stressed out and stresses out the other employees and doesn't know how to ask for help, the best thing are tailors and the other consultants and my co-manager

A few of them lack the drive to even SHOW UP on a daily basis. Others are disrespectful and lazy. Some are amazing don't get me wrong; most aren't though.

Laziness runs rampant even when there are obvious things to do. Management is poor and those who lead by example do too much and there are those of management who delegate and sit on their phones.
When a women is clearly getting unwanted flirting the boss should step in.
I have talent and loved fitting clothes, so it was a no-brainer.
My manager loved me and made me feel welcome
the previous manager handled the interview perfectly and made me feel hopeful about the company, thats until the new manager came in the company and my experience has been disappointing to say the least
10 years ago more was expected of an interviewee. Now if you have a pulse you can be hired

Streamline the process make more simple
When I got interviewed they just spoke to me in the front of the store, while customers where shopping and employees where working which made me uncomftorble.
Don't talk down on people trying to move up the ladder.

My customer interactions. There is pride in being the face they see when they come in for suits for weddings and for funerals. I was a 10/10 on my customer satisfaction but there were many complaints about not enough active available staff.
Just knowing i have a great boss who works hard and hand to hand. showing us molding us to be successful consultants thats good enough for me

To be more open minded to the employees and more mindful
I think they way our company isn't putting focus on the employees who are before anything the first public we'll lose our brand loyalty because our employees are going to constantly be taking bad about us, also when putting in the alterations adding a creaset when its not needed is not honest
