Men's Wearhouse Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My coworker's friendliness is really great

most of the days when the manager is not around its fun and manageable and everyone seems to be happier,

nothing is positive about culture

not much is positive about my time here

The on ground workers and customers.

Review from Sales Dept

As long as you look professional, wearing a sport coat or blazer, & staying within dress code guidelines, you can express your unique style, so the environment can feel relatively relaxed unlike some companies where you can only wear black and white- I appreciated seeing various fashion expressions.

All the perks that were a benefit to what we weren't getting has now been cut

Review from Sales Dept

Since the company stands behind its product and vision of world class customer service it makes it easy to be proud.

Fun is encouraged by most

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They need to clean house and start over, putting a bandage on what's broken isn't going to fix anything

Again more consistentcy with company policy

U have no culture its about only men

Laziness runs rampant even when there are obvious things to do. Management is poor and those who lead by example do too much and there are those of management who delegate and sit on their phones.

When a women is clearly getting unwanted flirting the boss should step in.
