What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the show up and they are better than 2 years ago.
Very positive people . They are uplifting professional and they dress nice
My coworkers are super cool
aside from my manager and one of the key-holders I'd say that the company culture is pretty great, my manager is often times too stressed out and stresses out the other employees and doesn't know how to ask for help, the best thing are tailors and the other consultants and my co-manager
Most team members support each other in a difficult environment.

Yes most definitely but it's mostly management
Jsut having and beng a better company overall to who ever
A few of them lack the drive to even SHOW UP on a daily basis. Others are disrespectful and lazy. Some are amazing don't get me wrong; most aren't though.
They are in serious need of retraining
