Leadership does not recognize your days off or your personal life
respecting their employees and the people who work under them, they are not respecting the break times of their employees
Communication and wages. Maybe have them take a pay cut to give appropriate eages

When someone is struggling dont pretend you dont see whats going on

Putting their employees before their potential to make money, safety was a big concern during COV-19. We measure customers and were told to give a sick client to a manger if we were uncomfortable, a virus will not discriminate between job titles... Our safety did not seem like their biggest concern.
Paying more. Listening to the front lines.
