Most of the show up and they are better than 2 years ago.
The company failed when it stopped being a commission based job, paychecks were cut in half and so many people quit the company went bankrupt trying to hire staff.
Terrible company. They are expecting five star service for one star's worth of compensation. Come here to work if you want to be a servant to both the customers and corporate

Pretty flexible, but work is heavy on weekends, so lots of weekend work.
