They are team players and most of them are super positive. I don't get that Big I little You feeling.
They show up to work sometimes
We all work very well together.
I loved my coworkers, well 98% the others make fun of the kids
They work in the best interest of the population and are committed to pt care
We work well together helping eachother.
The best thing about our team is that we work together for a common goal.
We all work well together for the best care for our patients
Ease of working together & being able to share ideas w/o fearing criticism. Example, needed to operationalize a process yesterday. Most early ideas complex & time consuming. 1 team member emailed a perfect idea that everyone immediately got behind. Down and operational in 15 minutes, no meetings
medical professional colleagues are great

Its like family. Everyone is there for each other
By far the most intelligent and fun group of people I've ever worked with. They not only are individuals that I can really learn from, but they also push me to grow myself.
We're very close and everything we do is done as a team.

Being respectful, actually doing work extra work that is needed communicating need to treat patients and coworkers with respect
Employees should be better compensated for their work. The workplace environment is also hostile, as Leadership pits employees against one another to leverage their influence and superiority. SICK CULTURE THROUGH AND THROUGH FROM THE TOP DOWN...

Actually listen to each other
