My team is awesome, but the managers are shitty and they treat team members so bad

My coworkers strongly need to work on customer service, specifically attitude and leaving bad days at the door and to treat customers with respect

They all need to team work but they leave everything on one person at night to clean dishes but its basically if that person doing it let them do it
