Set teams, because not everyone works well with each other. Some people work bad because they lack respect for the driver or helper they are with. And some people think it's OK to make other people carry excessive weight alone just because they can.

Better leadership, someone who is professional and doesn't take things personal. If one employee misses work or faults in some way the supervisor then takes it personal and makes that individual stay at the warehouse so they can only get 8 hours and no incentive. So it affects pay,bills unpaid.

Drivers are underpaid, and the incentive program sure is nice, only if you have a route everyday containing alot of pieces to be delivered. Other than that we waste about 200 dollars a week on lunch alone, an other 100 on supplies not provided, blades markers ect. Eliminate incentive and pay 30 hour
