What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My manager and regional manager only have eachothers backs. Employees are foddef for the fire. If you complain you will be written up for subordination. I complained about my wages being stolen and i was punished fir it.

I think caring more about their employees and their families. It is sell, sell, sell. Other than that it's okay.

the communication between upper management and employees is seriously lacking. I have experienced lying, nepotism, and hypocrisy. My direct manager and colleagues are great to work with, making the time spent at work great. But upper management has fallen through with many promises regarding my pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
TO BE PAID FAIRLY, THEY CONSTANTLY CHANGE DELIVERIES SO THEY DONT HAVE TO PAY THE HIGHER COMMISSION TIER AND MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT IS YOUR FAULT THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE CHANGED SOMETHING WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE
