What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think caring more about their employees and their families. It is sell, sell, sell. Other than that it's okay.

the communication between upper management and employees is seriously lacking. I have experienced lying, nepotism, and hypocrisy. My direct manager and colleagues are great to work with, making the time spent at work great. But upper management has fallen through with many promises regarding my pay.

There is a very high turnover rate on my team. New hires typically last a couple months and then they are gone. But i enjoy the time I get to spend with these people. Our store is a very relaxed environment.
