Ashley Furniture – I love what I do at Ashley Homestore, but the pay structure and work demand isn't worth the headache. Even when I double daily sales goals, they still push for more and will say it's not enough. There's many better options that pay much better for the amount of work expected here. Leaving soon

Was hat Ihnen am Interviewprozess am besten gefallen?
The friendliness and forward nature when laying out responsibilities.
Was sind einige der besten Dinge an Ihrem Team?
Friendliness and willingness to understand each other and cooperate. They are some great coworkers, and connections I will keep going into my next job.
Warum fühlen Sie sich unterbewertet und was würde Sie bei Ihrer Vergütung besser fühlen lassen?
I feel undervalued due to the company's lack of respect for its employees. My compensation is good for me, but NOT as good as it should be given the amount of time and work we are expected to put in.
Was muss geändert werden, um die Unternehmenskultur zu verbessern?
There needs to be less push on the company's salespeople. Push and goals are expected, but even when we meet these goals, we are often told we still didn't do enough. This is why I believe the company has little to no value or respect for us.
