This could be an amazing company if our leaders stopped acting like this is Waystar Royco and focused on the right things. The lack of caring for internal talent until it's too late and the inability to differentiate between customers who pay us and the "customers" aka creators needs to change.

I would feel better if they continued to make sure that tenured employees are paid as well as new employees. Only addressing this once in a blue moon for PR value is not enough.

There's not a lot to like, tbh. They're inaccessible except for when it's convenient for them. On the whole they lack conviction. When you watch them speak at events, there is a lack of enthusiasm and charisma.
