We put a lot of intention into our culture, and our Belonging efforts in particular really strive to build connection. These initiatives include fun Questions of the Day in our Belong Slack channel that help us to get to know one another better, and posts about different cultural observances.

We have a couple of Slack channels dedicated to bringing employees together on a more personal level, and folks are really engaged in them! It makes us feel close a people - not just in our work but in things outside of work that are important to us and that we enjoy!
