Coworkers are incredibly skilled and personable. We learn from each other (or at least I learn a lot from them), and feedback is always constructive and respectful

Things moved quickly and technical rounds were not tedious leetcode-esque questions or a time consuming take-home assessment

What makes you most happy at work?
Working remotely is a great benefit to me, as it enables me to be the most productive version of myself by saving time commuting, enabling "heads-down time" I might not have in an office, and allowing me to clear my head effectively when I'm stuck. Also, I love working on a product that I believe in
