They're approachable. I cannot understate how important that is having worked in many different kinds of org structures in the past. Being able to ask questions and propose ideas that are heard versus strict top down orders is invaluable to innovation and productivity.

My team is fun and nice and has lots of diversity.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I do get to talk to are great!

What did you like most about the interview process?
They were very quick moving through stages of the interview process. I have interviewed at company's that take a long time to move through the process. Aura made quick decisions along the way so that the process was low stress and seamless.
