What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is motivated to get stuff done and help Aura grow, both externally (customer growth, product success, revenue) and internally (employee satisfaction, process improvement). They are all about doing the right thing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While the workdays can be full, the company really emphasizes work-life balance. As a fully remote company, it can be difficult for individuals to keep the two separate, but the company and its leadership encourages it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is balanced and comprehensive, from out of pocket health costs to 401K match. I also appreciate the unlimited PTO policy because it allows time off to be flexible and specific down to the individual employee level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is passionate and unified about the mission of the company, which creates alignment and motivates employees at all levels. They are also very focused on employee satisfaction initiatives and ensuring that Aura remains a great place to work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They were very quick moving through stages of the interview process. I have interviewed at company's that take a long time to move through the process. Aura made quick decisions along the way so that the process was low stress and seamless.
