Humility. We like to have fun and there's no pressure!

It's the understanding that people have personal lives. While we work hard and fast, the leaders are very understanding and flexible with accommodations and schedules.

Mental health and happiness feel really important here. If you need time off, you take it and your team backs you up instead of making you feel stressed. No one is expected to work more than a standard work day and leadership is always looking to improve our benefits package

Very efficient and interviewers were thorough and knowledgeable.

We really prioritize speed, so the entire process for me took 2 weeks. My recruiter was extremely responsive and helpful during the process, and everything was extremely transparent
