We really prioritize speed, so the entire process for me took 2 weeks. My recruiter was extremely responsive and helpful during the process, and everything was extremely transparent

We have a diverse team where everyone comes from different backgrounds. Everyone has great ideas that they bring to the table and we make up for each others weaknesses
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Down to earth, have a vision that they believe in and are executing. Everyone is open to feedback and leadership has really created a culture of collaboration across the whole company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mental health and happiness feel really important here. If you need time off, you take it and your team backs you up instead of making you feel stressed. No one is expected to work more than a standard work day and leadership is always looking to improve our benefits package
