We are a tight group. We feed of each other and when there is an incident that could be impacting our employees the team will all come together, stop what they're doing, and focus on resolving the issue. No matter what time of day.

There needs to be conversations. Everyone is on a limb on their own tree. No interaction, conversations or talk among the group.

It was very straight forward, met with the deciding people immediately and finalized quickly

There was great communication from beginning to end throughout the process. There was never a concern about being ghosted.

I loved that I didn't feel like I was being "quizzed." The interview process was very conversational with each round. Naturally, each manager wanted to gauge my skills, but it didn't feel like I was put on the spot or graded like I have previously. I was updated in a timely manner the whole process.
