I have no major complaints to date (4 months). I think the PO process and invoice paying process is embarrassing. It takes far too long for POs to be processed and entirely unfair to vendors to have to wait 90 days for payment, especially for smaller vendors.

When promoted, my raise was not what I would have expected in the absolute but I also felt the bonus threshold should have gone up with the promotion
