Everything. Don't steal from you employee's. Quit sacrificing service quality for our customers because of wallstreet. Quit treating your employees like trash. Stop moving the goal posts. Quit attacking wages, benefits, and jobs. Actually commit to safety. Reasonable time off.

Treating people the way they'd like to be treated. Quit stealing from your employees, changing policies & rules that keep them from their families, and stop making their work even more dangerous. Greed is not a good thing despite what our culture has brainwashed and conditioned us into thinking.
