Of the four defense contracting companies I have worked for CACI has a better working environment with average pay and benefits.

Benifets are pretty standard for overseas employees. The issue I have with them is that the companies CACI uses to supply those benefites are ill prepared to support international employees. As an example our Disability company cannot call international numbers.
