What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good healthcare and pretty fair salary

Being PCSed overseas allow us to retain all of our PTO without worry the company will take our earned benefit from us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not much for annual raises, no bonuses, only 6 of 11 federal holidays.

talented people, highly knowledgeable, but some are lazy
