talented people, highly knowledgeable, but some are lazy

flexible hours, friendly co-workers, no micro-management

The feeling of accomplishment from a hard day's work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct manager is good, higher up the chain give lip service.

Straight forward questions, had good idea of job possibility at end
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not much for annual raises, no bonuses, only 6 of 11 federal holidays.
