Carbon has been a great place to work with some very smart people. Nearly everyone I have worked with is friendly and good at their jobs. I think we have great leadership in our CEO and CTO. The company culture that we have create is good. Only detraction is the attempt to be super PC and "woke."

The people that I work with are actually awesome people, which sets the majority of the company culture. However, the top-down leadership on the People Team and the culture they are trying to mandate is overly PC, which detracts slightly from the culture
