My base pay was just raised due to the shift in commission structure for sales people. This has really supported me and allowed me to feel comfortable building the long term business development focus we need at Carbon.

As a people manager my goal was set without my input or my direct supervisors input and was set to an unreachable point. With this said due to the planning I will not make any commission. This feels very short sided on the companies behalf.

The Company needs to retain talent by giving more RSU grants. The qty given, if/when given, is quite small compared to other high tech companies in the Bay Area.

The experience co-workers are great to work alongside, supportive, and helpful. The new coworkers are (obviously) inexperienced but are less receptive to receiving or asking for advice and support from long-time Carbonites. They act less as a team
