Everyone is respectful, wanting to work the problem, open to new ideas, and willing to believe you if you say you mean it.

They are starting to make sense of our markets in a way that makes sense to me for the first time in a long time.

The job stimulates me beyond the workplace and has allowed me to really find my true passion in science and technology. I will always appreciate that and the amazing work enviornment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base pay was just raised due to the shift in commission structure for sales people. This has really supported me and allowed me to feel comfortable building the long term business development focus we need at Carbon.
