What is the best part about your compensation package?
Snack allowance, not much but enjoyable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises are minimal (2-4%) and doesn't even meet cost of living adjustment. Hired under the guise of unlimited/untracked PTO and full benefits paid for but was told week 1 that I was limited to PTO and it was being tracked by my manager. Benefits are now not fully paid by the company

All Carbonites are willing to do anything from other Carbonites. My favorite example of this was that in our public internal forum during the formula shortage, women all over the world were helping each other find their formula locally, and shipping it to the needing mothers. I love this!!
