Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a small group of 2 people but to keep almost 100 printers running, we have to learn many skills other than our machinery expertise, and those skill sets are also valu. If we can get some allowance on the fees for courses we took that are work-related, it's in some way that our salary has increase

Being able to solve a problem and find the solution that the customer needs. The best words received from the customer are "I am working again" "The problem has been solved"
