Overall it's been positive. I think a point of contention is the effectiveness of the Carbon machine. There's a bit too much bureaucracy at such a small company to be able to move quickly (e.g. legal, facilities).

I feel undervalued because I do take a roll of 3-4 employees. I tend to all needs of unexpected projects that comes along daily besides what I have to do on my daily and weekly plans. Its consistently new projects from Engineers and things just all of a sudden pops up that needs to get done.
