Team work is key. We strive to help one another and always find solutions to our problems need. Over all just enjoy there company while working.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having time to step away from work to enjoy companies events such as our Friday carbon connects / talks and interacting with other co-workers from different depts.
What makes you most happy at work?
Connecting and working co-workers. Contributing to Carbon to make our company better each day. It's also a fun and happy environment to be in when I'm here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I do take a roll of 3-4 employees. I tend to all needs of unexpected projects that comes along daily besides what I have to do on my daily and weekly plans. Its consistently new projects from Engineers and things just all of a sudden pops up that needs to get done.
