Overall it's been positive. I think a point of contention is the effectiveness of the Carbon machine. There's a bit too much bureaucracy at such a small company to be able to move quickly (e.g. legal, facilities).

The bonus (that I had to negotiate myself) was adequate.

The camaraderie and positive work environment. Everyone is super nice and supportive.

Getting to interact with people in person and facing unique strategic challenges.

The Office of the CEO is very transparent in their thought process and goals.
